Ski mentoring and guide

I participated on two ski trips led by Dave Davenport. Dave made the effort to know the terrain and our skill sets to allow us to ski seamlessly from top to bottom of the mountains without any hesitation or confusion. We arrived on time at great places for lunch organized by Dave. He made a sincere effort to ensure that we were all part of the group and was very inclusive. Interestingly, one of the ski areas was one I had skied at many times in the past with my family and with Dave it was like skiing a totally new area and was very enjoyable. Years ago, I was part of a group with a guide and when asked to join us for lunch, said 'I am your guide, not your friend' – Dave showed you can be both and was very good company to be with. I wouldn't hesitate to join him again.

Leadership Teams

I worked with Dave with one of my previous Leadership Teams that were faced with a challenging set of circumstances in the business that required a significant intervention to step up their collective leadership and boost their moral and confidence, while creating a more cohesive team. Dave and his team at DXM designed a programme to take the team on an ambitious and at times challenging journey of discovery and trust that built the team and bonds, giving them the confidence that together they could achieve so much more. The most pleasing result was when back in the business the team stepped up and as a result so did the business performance. As a result I used Dave and DXM for other events, with equal success. Their planning, organisation, attention to detail and delivery of the programme was outstanding and the DXM team were professional in all respects creating an environment perfect for learning and developing as individuals and as a team.

Team and Apprentice Leader Programmes

Working with the DXM team in the delivery of our Advanced Apprentice training at Network Rail has been a great experience. Not only are they very practical and down to earth in the way that they go about resourcing and designing large scale events, but they truly care about creating dynamic results with our people.

The DXM team are hard working, energetic and enthusiastic in their quest to delight clients. Their ability to organise innovative scenarios, and to intelligently analyse the team dynamic that unfolds, results in enjoyable and beneficial interventions. They are a credible organisation and we love working with them!

I've had the pleasure of working with DXM on a number of projects for clients in the merchant banking and tech sectors. They are all exceptional at what they do and deliver unbeatable results. I know that the clients have been delighted with the DXM experience; from their innovative ideas and planning, down to the detail of the execution. Although just under a week after the event I want to say thank you. It was a cracking day and highlighted areas for us to focus on as a team to help improve what we are currently practising.
